Lots of the ads seem to be incorrect, or accidental, so I wouldn't trust it, it seems like there are a bunch of new cars, and the amount listed is the monthly price.

This seems unbelievably sketchy. '06 530's "In my area" have not even gotten close to 10k, let alone a grand. That plus "Low Miles" makes you thing about the sketchyness.
