Lots of the ads seem to be incorrect, or accidental, so I wouldn't trust it, it seems like there are a bunch of new cars, and the amount listed is the monthly price.

This seems unbelievably sketchy. '06 530's "In my area" have not even gotten close to 10k, let alone a grand. That plus "Low Miles" makes you thing about the sketchyness. Lots of the cars are snatched from ebay listings. I'm going to bet that the prices are the current ebay bids.
